Return and refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every Saint Embers purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the candle is:
• Unused and unlit
• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
To request a return, please contact us at info@saintembers.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided once your request is reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Candles that have been burned or used
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@saintembers.com.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different candle, please return your original order and place a new purchase once the return is approved.
